DLO Associates Ltd. Strategy Implementation and Business Plan Execution

We Enable Client Firms to deliver significant improvements to bottom line results

We do this by focusing on the implementation of their corporate strategy (or identifying how it must be adjusted in order that it can be implemented).  Bridging the gap between strategy and operational delivery minimises business friction.

We call this approach "Operational Art" - the explicit linkage of strategy and tactics - a term borrowed from the Russian military text book Strategia (1931).

In the process of engaging with client firms, we also help individuals to be as effective as they can be in their current role and to ensure that their aims are aligned with those of colleagues and of the firm itself.  As a result the individuals experience more success and have more fun and less stress at work.  Enhanced alignment of senior people reduces friction and improves engagement overall.

Engagements may be tactical or strategic as required and include:

·    Enabling individuals and teams to become far more effective in marketing, sales and business development. The benefit of our approach is that they can rapidly understand what drives each client at a deep level and can therefore offer solutions to known needs rather than just push products. (This is the first step in building what we call Consultative Partnerships

·    Actively assisting the senior leaders to resolve Operational Management and Senior Leadership development issues, so that they

- gain “finger-tip control” over the working of the business,
- minimize the internal friction and hence save time and get more done and
- improve the level of positive engagement with their people

·    Making internal and external meetings far more effective so that you achieve the results you seek much more often and in far less time

·    Enabling senior executives to deal effectively with “Transition Moments” which may include changes in their business structure or business environment, or a more personal issue such as redundancy or moving into a new role.
